I base estimations of condition on strict adherence to definitions & grading scale criteria as detailed in Overstreet’s Comic Book Price Guide.   The overall look of this book is much better than Good! Cover has great color and reflectivity with a few creases.  Cover is detached at top staples & centerfold is also detached & missing "letters" page. B&W photocopy of missing page with both sides is provided.
