The box says that Hips of 36-38" with a Dress Size of 6-8 should be able to wear these. I did take them out of the box to take some measurements but will try and put them back in the box, as best as I can, in case you want to give them as a Gift or something. I wear some like these on Cold Days and Love them! They are Very Warm. You can wear them underneath your Jeans/Pants for warmth or Alone like the Lady on the Box Cover. They can also be worn as a Leg Covering for when You wear Dresses or Long Tops. They can be worn around the house so that You can turn your thermostat down to save on heating or outside to help keep you warm and toasty on Cold Days or Nights. With them being White, there may be some noticeable dust/dirt on them from the store rack. I don't see much, if any, but if you see something that I don't it should wash out when you wash them to wear. Please Check your measurements to be sure they are the Style, Fit and Size for you.
