The cups measure 2 1/8" across X 2 1/4" tall.  The pattern features the American Eagle in the interior of a shield. Made in England for W H Plummer, NY, in the pattern Y51, produced between 1927-1961. Cups are an off white with a center red American Eagle inside a shield, with a royal blue border with gold stars finished with a heavy gold rim.
