These were from the 1960s - 1970s, and this one I believe was made in Taiwan, however, there is no mark because the mark was on the stopper and the stopper on this bank is missing.  Vintage Clown Figurine Bank circa 1970s Cute and colorful figural circus clown bank stands 5" tall.
