Couple of minor issues. Skating pond missing original bench (included dept 56 bench) and missing one sledder. Fence set missing 2 fences and birds missing on top of fences. Other wise everything looks great.  VIDEO OF ACTUAL ITEM NOTE: some pieces may have the "typical factory flaws" (excessive glue, paint out of lines, crooked attachments ect...) since each  piece is hand painted and assembled, allowing for minor and unique imperfections due to this hands on process PLEASE READ BELOW PRIOR TO PURCHASE All sales are final so if you have any questions feel free to ask before buying.
