Please excuse any glare in the photos. This bottle form vase is white porcelain with decoration in black, rust, and gold. The vase stands approximately 9 inches tall, and it has a maximum width of about 4 inches. Unpacked, it weighs 14.0 ounces. This would be a fine addition to a collection of Asian decorative arts. Identification This Japanese Arita or Imari vase is marked beneath with a hand painted, red, seven character mark. The exact age of this piece is not known, but it is believed to be antique. Condition The vase looks very good overall, with no cracks. There is a tiny (1/16 inch) surface fleabite to the neck (please see Photo 5).
