This is a vintage sterling puffy heart charm that has a the same repousse design on both sides.  The seams of the heart are sealed, and there are a few tiny dings.  It is marked sterling on the back, and has a great patina.  It is a bit larger than the typical puffy heart, measuring just over 3/4 of an inch high and 3/4 of an inch at its widest, and weighs 2.0 grams.
