A Butterick 6089 … a Children’s Dress Vintage Sewing Pattern in Size 3, Breast 22 inches.     The pattern is cut, and all the pieces are there.   The instructions are there with tannings.   The envelope is in very good vintage condition with tanning, foxing, scotch tape, and wear.   The envelope flap is still attached but the lower portion was torn off for inventory control.   There is no copyright date but following the guide this pattern is 1979. Piece H Sleeve V. D is uncut.   The tissue sheet for the Quick Tip on Zigzag over Cord is still there. The pattern pieces were rather wrinkled up when I got the pattern.   I did press them but they may need more.
