Antique Moriyama Mori-Machi 1920s Elephant Dragon Vase 9 5/8" Moriage Satsuma Style - Japan. Base has the Moriyama Mori-Machi mark. Antique Moriyama Mori-Machi 1920s Elephant Dragon Vase 9 5/8" Moriage Satsuma Style - Japan Stunning vintage (almost antique) 1920s Japanese vase made by Moriyama Mori-Machi. Very similar to the Satsuma moriage style this vase features an elephant and dragon in raised relief along with figures. Hand painted and enameled. Base has the Moriyama Mori-Machi mark. Condition: In very good vintage condition with some age appropriate surface wear as shown. This is a very old vase and some gold wear and crackling of the enamel to be expected but there is no major damage noted. No chips, cracks or repairs. Approximate measurements: 8 5/8" tall, 5 1/2" diameter at the widest point. Please view all pictures as they are the main part of the description.
