Packaging included a Pandora collapsable box, tissue and sticker that is currently what Pandora stores are using. Note that Pandora does not make a "suede" pouch. That is fake packaging. The charm is older and will have some oxidation as shown in the photo. These are typically not bright shiny silver as you will see in some listings of replicas.
