Croc/Alligator Leather Paco Paris Purse, Brown by C. D. Imports, America, made in Korea.  The bag measures 13.5"x13"x3", expandable.  It has an enameled metal logo at the base of the front magnetic clasp and one on the zipper fob.  There is a small zipper compartment on the inside, which is cloth lined.  In my estimation, it's in pretty good vintage/used condition with only slight marring in a couple of places and wearing on the handles.  Sorry, I really don't know if it's genuine alligator/crock or not, I cannot tell but you would think that a bag of this quality and origination would be real reptile material.
