Looks like molded clay and heavy made. Were guessing Victorian range for a date. Previous owner said they had them since the 40's and they were told the pieces were from a France. A terrific pair of antique church style Gothic Cherub Corbels. Looks like molded clay and heavy made. Each Corbel approx 14 pounds. Were guessing Victorian range for a date. Previous owner said they had them since the 40's and they were told the pieces were from a France. Pieces do show some age but no damage found. You can see the finger marks gouging out the clay. Prob finger prints. Pieces are really Gothic and a little creepy. Will be a larger heavy box so UPS lower 48 insured. I couldn't find any like them on line.
