Note on measurements: I measured and photographed and wrapped the tree and base all up for shipping and forgot to write down the exact measurements! ☹️ So I'm pretty sure I'm remembering them correctly, but they could be an inch off. There are a few tiny chips on the top of the base where the tree sits on it. You can not see them when in use. Please look at all pictures for the condition as they are a part of the description.
