I hold a BFA in design from the Kansas City Art Institute and an MA & MFA in painting from Fontbonne University. Painting for me is how I organize my thoughts and communicate. My painting method is very intuitive, I let the composition take me were it will. Creating abstract, abstract-expressionism and impressionism in my art. Communicating my feelings of the moment through paint is my goal. What is going on in the world around us is important to me.
