My research comes up with this is a Antique (more than 50 yrs old) Glass Liquor Decanter with Sterling Silver grape/vines over lay motif or design on all sides of the pentagon (shape of decanter), the neck of decanter also sterling silver & the topper is glass with a couple of chips, but he chips are on the inside of the topper you can not feel them with your fingers, so decanter is really good condition & topper has couple of issues. Would look great on any shelf or barroom if you collect antique decanters!!! Dimensions:  with topper 8 3/4" x 4" x 4" without topper 7 1/4" x 4" x 4"    Most Vintage items show signs of wear (i.e. fading, crazing, patina, scratches) but I will never try to sell an item with chips or cracks & I do my best to photograph and describe the condition of each item.  All my items are sold as-is condition & may have 1 of these minor issues I listed above, these items are amazingly 20+ years old & my opinion are in great condition & would be a great addition to your collection!!!
