These are all multifaceted beads so they have a bit of a sparkle as they move and there is a lobster claw clasp for ease of opening and closing. The beads are arranged in a nice ombre from white to true turquoise.  It's a great length to wear with a turtleneck or another type of blouse where it can be a focal point. It's got both a vintage and modern vibe to it, it's a classic piece.  In a couple of the pictures this looks more green but the first picture is an accurate color description - true turquoise.  There is slight marking and wear but it's in very nice vintage used condition.
