The left flap has come loose, however, the flap will still lay flat as it would, when sewn. Minnie has several very small, and very faint stains. Minnie stands up fine. Mickey will stand up, but he leans forward and will fall over easily. I learned the hard way, with another Gemmy greeter, NOT to attempt to reposition the legs to make it stand up better.
