Normals signs of vintage age, as it is expected for a pre-owned item. they never were used as vases, only as ornaments. The small vase is signed by "Martha", and measures about 4" tall. The taller vase has no observable signature, and measures about 5" tall.   I bought these two colorful vases myself in the early 80s, in my homeland, Peru.
