Each piece is carved from heavy solid wood and stands approximately 8.5 inches tall. The woman has a butterfly carved on the chest and is signed “Irie” on the back. The man has “No Problem” carved on the back of his hair. Both have “Jamaica” carved on the top. One statue (the woman) has a visible crack running down to the eyebrow; the man has no cracks. Both have painted or stained maroon faces with black hair. Solid, heavy pieces with great cultural character. Perfect for Caribbean décor, tiki bars, collectors, or display.
