View Saint Joseph Infant Jesus Old Large Medal Signed with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. Large rare medal of  beloved Saint Joseph holding the Infant Jesus with flowers. It is cast of a fine silver metal, content unknown, and signed on the left side by the medal artist. The back of this medal makes it appear this originally had a pin back which was removed. It measures 1.25"  tall not counting the loop on the top, and is in very good condition.   Details on this are fabulous, high quality work, bought decades ago for our own personal use, time to downsize.
