A beautiful set of 12 Webb Corbett Georgian English crystal old fashioned glasses — a substantial, heavy-cut set from one of England's most respected post-war crystal makers. The Georgian pattern's deep, architectural cuts catch light beautifully and give each glass real weight in the hand. Please note that only 10 glasses are photographed, but I have two additional ones in mint condition that were discovered later and will be included with this set. Webb Corbett, founded in Stourbridge in the 19th century and later known for its partnership with Royal Doulton, produced some of the finest English crystal of the 20th century. The Georgian cut is one of their most collected patterns, and a set of ten is hard to come by in any condition — which is why we are offering the set with two imperfect glasses included as backups. Condition is honest and reflected in the price: 10 of the 12 glasses are in excellent, barely used condition. One has a small fleabite chip in the rim, and one has been very gently filed to hide a chip on the rim. They are included as spares rather than excluded from the set, because complete sets at this size are uncommon. A handsome home-bar or entertaining set for anyone who appreciates proper English crystal and is willing to live with two honestly noted flaws to secure a rare full 12.
