"Batman & Robin in the Spotlight" is a hand-signed in pencil and dedicated lithograph by Bob Kane, creator of the iconic DC comics characters Batman and Robin.  Kane came to the attention of legendary publishers Carolyn and Jack Solomon, owners of Circle Fine Art Corp and American Atelier in Soho, New York in the 1970s. They worked directly with Kane to create his first ever limited edition lithographs of his vibrant iconic Batman characters. This hand-signed and dedicated lithograph was signed in pencil by Kane as it came off the presses. It is dedicated "To my friends Carolyn and Jack, "Bats" Wishes Always". The edition was limited to 300 examples, plus artist proofs, dedications, HC's and printer's proofs.  There are two chop marks embossed on the Arches French paper: Circle Fine Art and American Atelier. This vibrant image is in large format, approximately 3 ft x 2 ft.  It is  in excellent condition, having never left the Solomon's private art collection since it was printed.  The Certificate of Authenticity is provided by Gallery International.  This lithograph has been properly archived since it was printed, signed and dedicated.  Shipped will be in museum quality materials.
