I do send a notice to buyers as to when the item is shipped. Insurance : is included in the shipping and handling fees for US bidders. Refunds : All sales are final. Refunds are only made if there is a significant error in the item description and it is not evident in the photos. Refunds are made for the purchase price only. Shipping fees are not included. For a refund to be made, the item must be returned in the same condition as when it was originally shipped and it must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the item.
