The garland surrounding the bells are aluminum! These are super cool and seem unused! The balls are plastic. The bottom row are all still wrapped in their original paper. This is a nice lot of assorted vintage Christmas decor.  The soldier hanging ornament is in good condition other than a bend in the bill of his hat. There are vintage bells that could have been a package tie on but they are a good size. The garland surrounding the bells are aluminum! Also included is a box of gold metallic hanging lanterns in their original Neiman Marcus box. These are super cool and seem unused!!
