The clasp is a lobster type, that is marked 925 on the tongue and The jump ring is also signed 925, and Italy. Everything ships via priority mail with insurance for full value . All of our jewelry is pre-owned from estates.  We recently acquired a nice lot of amber and silver jewelry, most of it from Poland, including two giant brooch/pendants, several pairs of earrings, a wonderful chunky bracelet, and a big strand of graduated amber beads. I will be putting it all up this week so please check out my other listings!  Here is a huge antique amber convertible pendant/Brooch suspended from a sterling silver box chain. The chain measures 20 inches long is approximately 2.00 millimeters wide, and weighs 9.2 grams. The clasp is a lobster type, that is marked 925 on the tongue and The jump ring is also signed 925, and Italy. The brooch measures 65.6 millimeters wide, 43.6 millimeters tall, is 15.6 millimeters thick and weighs 39.1 grams total. It is in excellent antique condition and probably has not been worn, as the original price tag is still on the bale indicating it was purchased at the Gallery of 19th Century Polish Art located in  the Cloth Hall Building in Krakow's Main Market Square.  It is not signed, and I could not find a purity mark, but the tag indicates it is 925 silver, and the style of hinge used on the pin indicates Polish origin.  Winning bidder will receive the actual item pictured.  Please review the photos for a complete description.
