There is one open and one zippered pocket on the front, one large open pocket inside and the bag has a zippered closure The base of the bag is a black vinyl material and has some small scuffs, however they are not obvious. (See photos). There is some pilling/fuzzing in the fabric that can be trimmed or shaved off if desired.
