The bowl has an ornate shape with raised molded detailing, scalloped edges, two graceful handles, and a matching floral lid with loop handle. The underside is marked Germany with a crown/crest backstamp. Approximate measurements: 3-1/2” tall, 2-1/4” opening, approximately 16” around. Pre-owned antique/vintage condition. There is visible wear to the gold trim, particularly on the handles and edges, consistent with age and use. I do not see an obvious major chip or crack in the photos.
