View 1909 German Christmas Postcard Gilt w Holly + USA Early 1900 PC Girl, Doll, Bear with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. The "Xmas Greetings" card is printed in Germany, and is canceled, stamped with date of 1909. The writing on both cards is in pencil. They seem to be in excellent condition considering their age. Here are 2 antique embossed postcards with gilt edges and well preserved, bright colors. The "Xmas Greetings" card is printed in Germany, and is canceled, stamped with date of 1909. It measures 5.5 x 3.5 inches. The postcard of the little girl making a telephone call, surrounded by her doll and teddy, is printed in the USA, is not canceled but is written on. It measures roughly 5.25 x 3.5 inches. There are some signs of age and handling in the form of edge wear, and a small ripple in the upper left-hand corner of the German postcard. The writing on both cards is in pencil. They seem to be in excellent condition considering their age. Please refer to photos and let me know if you need more information.  Condition: Used.
