I have a vintage Diamond China oval serving bowl in the Romance pattern, made in Japan. It measures approximately 10.5" long x 8" wide x 2.5" high. The bowl is ivory/white with a center bouquet of white roses with pink accents and green leaves. A scrolling leaf design circles the inside rim with a thin metallic edge. The bottom is marked “Romance – Diamond China – Made in Japan.” Nice replacement piece for a Romance dinnerware set. Oval serving or vegetable bowl, floral rose center, scrolling leaf border, metallic rim trim, footed base, glossy finish and original Diamond China Romance Made in Japan backstamp. I see light wear consistent with age and normal use, including some discoloration around the underside foot ring and minor finish wear. I do not see any obvious chips or cracks in the photos.
