Beautiful vintage Chinese blue and white ginger jar featuring a hand-painted Double Happiness motif throughout. The cobalt decoration shows visible variations in the brushwork and color, with a coordinating removable lid. The underside features an unmarked double-ring base and exposed unglazed foot rim. Approximately 9" tall with lid. Condition: Jar is in good pre-owned condition overall. The lid has visible hairline cracks along the edge/side that appears to be a repair as photographed.
