Vintage beautiful Heirloom 73 sterling silver vermeil lab opal and genuine garnet pendant/brooch, a real stunner! The photos do not do justice to the opals color play, the pendant is in a star or flower tiered design, can be worn as either brooch or pendant, comes with a slightly newer 16" sterling vermeil Italy 925 box chain...the pendant is signed as shown, by Heirloom 73 Vintage, in business in the 1980s, the piece is in excellent condition...Pendant measures 2"  x 1 1/2".
