View LOT of TWENTY 16” Strands of Vintage Cream Luster Round 8mm Pearls with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. This is for approximately 20 strands of vintage faux pearls that I acquired from a clean out of a Hobe warehouse back in 2015. The strands are from the mid-1900s. These particular strands are unmarked but the majority of strands I acquired were Majorca and some had “made in Japan” tags. The bead tips need to be replaced. For the strands I am keeping for my jewelry-making, I have replaced with clamshell tips as well as some with glue-on end caps. You may need to sacrifice a bead at the ends for some, depending on strand discoloration and the way in which you want to replace the hardware.
