This is a beautiful vintage cameo in a heavy Sterling silver setting that has been converted to a necklace. The setting is marked 925 and the necklace is marked Italy 925 on the clasp. The cameo itself is a nicely carved reflective mother of pearl portrait on a polished green onyx backing. The necklace currently used is about 17” long.
