Beautifully decorated  throughtout with colorful floral motifs and traditional scrolling borders in pink, yellow, green, blue and black. The underside bears a Chinese character seal mark..  Based on the  construction, decoration and overall appearance, this appears to be a vintage Chinese decorative  porcelain  piece.. The mark is shown clearly in the photographs for buyers to evaluate.  I have not attempted to assign a specificc period or kiln.
