Antique aqua glass fruit jar embossed “MASON’S PATENT NOV 30TH 1858.”. The jar has a threaded shoulder-seal design, an aged zinc screw-on lid, and the number 67 embossed on the bottom. Antique condition with age-related residue, surface wear, glass imperfections, and oxidation or discoloration on the zinc lid. Antique aqua glass fruit jar embossed “MASON’S PATENT NOV 30TH 1858.” The jar has a threaded shoulder-seal design, an aged zinc screw-on lid, and the number 67 embossed on the bottom. The beautiful blue-green glass contains natural variations and imperfections characteristic of early utilitarian glassware. It measures approximately 7 inches tall and about 3½ inches across the base.
