I have several vases by the same maker, and one is signed "Boyn" (it is hard to read), so I think that is the name of the artisan. This one has a slightly misshapen mouth, it was made that way. The last 2 photos show measurements. It has crazing in the glaze, I think intentionally. More by this maker are in my store! Listing is for the tiny vase, and does not include other items.
