If you decide not to have it blink, you can just replace with a normal clear bulb (which I tested with one) and it will just stay on the whole time without blinking. NOTES: Comes with 7 red plastic bulbs in the holes on the front of the wreath. There are 6 empty holes on the back of the wreath without bulbs. There is one spot on his left rear hoof that feels like the just the gloss finish may have chipped off at one time and the brown could possibly have been touched up with paint or marker but this is not noticeable and does not stand out at all when displayed & I only found it by feeling for it (shown pointed to in last up close picture provided).
