I believe it is from the 1980's.   Measures almost 4 inches from tip of top to bottom and almost 2 1/4 inches across front at it's widest.  Very colorful and cute.  No breakage or paint wear.  See photos.    From a  PET FREE NON-SMOKING HOME.
