Released in 2003 and officially retired in 2005, this piece was part of the incredibly unique, limited-run "All Hallows' Eve" subseries within the classic Dickens' Village Collection . This series was brilliant designed to let collectors display a subtle, Victorian-style autumn / Halloween scene before seamlessly transitioning their village into the Christmas holiday season. It features stunning architectural details, a weathered gothic facade, and faux dead-leaf detailing around the base. There are various issues with the tips of the gothic spires on the roofline that I have pictured.  And the previous owner has used one of those flickering light bulbs for use inside.  The purchaser can always get one of those that is non-flickering as a replacement.  Please see photographs or use the eBay magnifying feature if that is available to you for an accurate depiction of the condition of this item.  There may be something that is important to you, but not obvious to us.  If you are unclear about quality, age or condition, please don't hesitate to ask questions, should you have any prior to purchase.   I do combine or refund shipping for multiple purchases, if they will safely fit into one box.
