Several areas have open seams/tears with batting exposed, including a larger opening on the reverse. Some staining/discoloration, loose threads, fabric wear and other signs of age/use are present. Constructed from a colorful assortment of period fabrics including bold floral prints, gingham checks, paisley, novelty prints and calico-style patterns in blue, red, yellow, brown, pink, green and purple. The large patchwork squares are joined together and secured with contrasting yellow yarn ties, giving it a classic homemade 1970s look. The reverse features a bright all-over floral fabric.
