Neon bright blue green & yellow large-scale paisleys made up of tiny little flowers are on a dark blue background. Striking vintage 1960's or 1970's cotton crepe fabric often called bark cloth because of the texture. This kind of fabric was wildly popular from the 1950's-1970's to make Hawaiian Aloha clothing, was made mostly in Hawaii or Japan, & is still unmatched today for color saturation.
