For your consideration is this large lot of (3) three Hillman Sign Center aluminum metal PRIVATE PROPERTY – NO TRESPASSING warning signs .   I purchased a (12) twelve of these warning signs to install along my property fencing and only ended up using (9) nine signs.   To that end, I am offering the remaining lot of three signs for someone else to use.   I am listing this lot of three signs at a fraction of the original MSRP of $4.99 each . The three signs are essentially new old stock as they have never been used; only stored.   The signs are made out of aluminum (nonmagnetic metal) and each measure approximately 14.0” wide (left to right) and 10.0” tall (bottom to top).   Refer to description photos #8 and #9 to confirm size dimensions and for more details about what I have described. The signs feature bold BLACK backgrounds with brilliant RED colored lettering that present an undeniable posted warning of “ PRIVATE PROPERTY NO TRESPASSING ”.   Immediately below the above warning is an approximate 2.0” by 11-3/8” white banner for the placement of the property owner’s name and/or contact telephone number.   The outer perimeter of the sign has two white borders as can be confirmed in the description photos.   Additionally, each sign has (4) four predrilled approximately 2/16” diameter mounting holes located in each corner as can be confirmed in the description photos.   Refer to the description photos for more details about what I have described. The back of each sign is bare aluminum metal and remains clean and unpainted as can be verified in description photos #6 and #7.   Refer to the description photos for more details about what I have described. Overall, all three signs remain in very good to excellent condition as they have never been used as is evident in the description photos.   The signs may have minor surface blemishes from being stacked on top of each other while in storage but all remain completely legible and serviceable.   The aforementioned notwithstanding, as a matter of full disclosures, some signs may have a slight shallow bend on a corner or two from being handled and in storage. The noted bends are not readily noticeable and are totally mitigated once the sign it mounted.   Refer to all the description photos to confirm the overall condition of the three signs and for more details about what I have described.
