Necklace was acquired broken with loose beads.  Piece was restrung on a new white silk cord, in accordance with the original pattern as reassembled from the segmented pieces.  It appears that either the necklace was missing some original beads, or the original pattern was asymmetrical.  The color palette and artistry of these beads are amazing.  No single art glass bead is the same.
