The only difference in glass #5 is the base has the design cut in closer to the stem - see last photo of glass #5. 4 Champagne stems plus 1 very close to same. Vintage Czech Bohemian, Mint condition.  Purchased at an antique area on the waterfront in Nice France in 1980. Each measure 7 1/4" tall. Pristine condition!
