When I acquired this ring the center heart shaped stone was missing as was one of the side stones. I added a prong to the center stone to make it more secure and replaced the missing stone with an 8 mm clear glass heart stone. Gorgeous Size 8.25 Sterling Silver Synthetic Ruby and Glass Heart Ring When I acquired this ring the center heart shaped stone was missing as was one of the side stones.  I added a prong to the center stone to make it more secure and replaced the missing stone with an 8 mm clear glass heart stone.  I repaired a broken prong on one of the side stones and replaced the 5 remaining stones and the missing one with six 2.5 mm 0.07ct synthetic ruby stones.  (Synthetic stones are comprised of the same elements as natural  stones, they are just formed in a lab instead of being formed in nature and mined.)
