I was so impressed when I saw the presentation on QVC for this beautiful Sleeping Beauty Turquoise necklace with both Sterling Silver and Brass, I purchased it immediately. It is like a work of art with outstanding workmanship. It was designed and made by a craftsman in New Mexico using Native American techniques handed down for generations. I love the deep blue of Sleeping Beauty Turquoise and now that the mines are beginning to close, it is more valuable. It is like a vintage piece discovered in Mexico or Europe with the espresso brown leather woven necklace attached to the a plaque of mixed metals (Sterling Silver and Brass) and the exotic deep blue of the Sleeping Beauty oval cabochons. This necklace has a unique play on textures, colors, and materials. Perfect for any occasion from early morning to night. It is a mixture of feminine and cowgirl. I am now retired and downsizing own personal jewelry collection. I found the necklace in its original packaging in my master closet. I have decided to sell it. She located her business in USA using Native Americans as craftsmen, manufacturing everything by hand using Native American designs and American products. She designed a stunning line of jewelry that has transcended not only the traditional western style to a timeless, refined, glamorous, and incredible fashion statement. She and her husband have retired and closed their manufacturing plant and now QVC is continuing the manufacturing but in another country. All of my items are authentic and were purchased from a reputable retailer seller. They have been stored in my climate controlled smoke free home since purchasing.
