She is wearing a beautiful dress, which illuminates hughes of pinks, Blue-purple, and many other beautiful colors in between. Offering an exquisitely painted Limoges vase 20“ tall x 8 1/2“ wide. The scene is elaborately painted and illuminates a princess walking in a garden. She is surrounded by lush greenery, swans, birds, butterflies, beautiful flowers, and is being accompanied by cherubs. She is wearing a beautiful dress, which illuminates hughes of pinks, Blue-purple, and many other beautiful colors in between. The double strand of pearls adorned around her neck, as well as her blondish long flowing hair makes the scene truly majestic. The doves above her head are frolicking, as are the vividly painted butterflies which are in whimsical flight. The vase has a scalloped motif at the top as well as the bottom. It appears to be signed by T H Schindler. These handpainted highlights add a powerful richness, which makes the flowers that she is holding, the daisies at her feet, and the flowers in her hair come to life. This is a highly desired double marked Limoges vase, and one that has been in my personal collection. It has given me very much joy and brightened my days. It is only being offered for sale due to my upcoming retirement and eventually downsizing. This gorgeous vase exudes peace and tranquility and would brighten anyone’s day, as it has mine . The vase has no chips, cracks, or repairs. It shows some natural wear at the very top where some of the beading has lessened and worn over time.
