I am now  retired and I am downsizing my own personal jewelry collection. This is a beautiful pair of Sterling white mother of pearl filigree dangling earrings that are brand new in the original box. They are a drop earring that is approximately 1 1/8” long. These are beautifully designed from the unique square mother of pearl cabachon to the filigree dangle. Ms. Pollack’s design  definitely resulted in a designer piece with stones and silver work of expensive couture jewelry. It is simplistic but elegant, making it a wardrobe staple, like a strand of cultured white pearls. The neutral color of white is a complimentary color to everything and a stable to any wardrobe. Ms. Pollack used southwestern materials to produce a sophisticated modern piece of jewelry.  It is a very detailed design that you will not see every where but in high end boutiques or stores. I purchased this set before I retired but never wore them. They are still in the original box and pouch. The earrings were designed by Carolyn Pollack and made in Albuquerque, New Mexico USA by skilled Native American artisans who handcraft each element of the piece. It was designed by Carolyn Pollack to be a heirloom piece that can be handed down for generations. Carolyn Pollack began her Southwest jewelry business in Albuquerque, New Mexico USA in 1975. She began her interest in design when she was a child helping her mother sew clothing. She loved the Native American stories she grew up hearing and decided to open a business for Southwest Native American jewelry to continue the legacy that she loved. She located her business in USA using Native Americans as craftsmen, manufacturing everything by hand using Native American designs and American products. She designed a stunning line of jewelry that has transcended not only the traditional western style to a timeless, refined, glamorous, and incredible fashion statement. She and her husband have retired and closed their manufacturing plant and now QVC is continuing the manufacturing but in another country. All of my items are authentic and were purchased from a reputable retailer seller. They have been stored in my climate controlled smoke free home since purchasing.
