They have been freshly rewired, polished and refinished with a light brush-stroke antiquing. Acquired from an expert 45-year antique lighting business in Boston whose owners have since retired, they date these to the turn of the 20th century - early electric fixtures. They are beautiful sconces in a stately size in solid cast brass or bronze, so they're heavy and well made. They have antique-style cut glass shades that were custom designed / custom ordered, and added to complement the ornate, large personality of the sconces. **We have 2 pairs available for sale separately - the price shown is for one pair.** Use 3 standard-base bulbs in each up to 60 watts or LED bulbs for any brightness you like (bulbs not included).
