It's a length of oval-ish, each-one-is unique pearls, with large, clear stones at the end, fastened on with detailed findings. It's an embarrassment of riches in pearls. More pearls than one person ever should have had. This knotted freshwater pearls are among the nicest ones. If I were buying pearls I might buy these. These have some weight to them. Pearls are difficult to test, and  I have a hard time believing these are not real pearls.
